Shipping Information

DOMESTIC (Australia)

All products are shipped Australia wide with tracked delivery. Delivery times vary between locations.

Shipping is calculated by weight and fragility. Shipping cost breakdown as follows:

Under 3kg  $10.00

3.1kg - 5kg  $12.00

5.1 kg - 25kg $20.00

Fragile goods $20.00

INTERNATIONAL

We currently only offer shipping to Australia through our online store. If you would like to purchase any of our goods for international delivery please contact us via email at hello@myglobalmerchant.com.au and we can arrange quotes for your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns, in the way of refund or exchange on goods which are damaged or faulty. We do not refund shipping, but do not charge for the additional shipping of replacement product.

To complete your return, please email us with your order number and complaint.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
